Add grain to 6.0 gal strike water at 152 F to get you to the 145 F range. Hold at 145 F for 30 minutes then increase temp to 152 F and hold for 60 minutes. Mash out at 170 F for 10 minutes then sparge with 1.1 gal water at 170 F. Should end up with a pre-boil volume of 6 gallons.

Notes:

This is a great pilsner. Good balance between malt and hops. Excellent mouth feel. Refreshing and crisp. Color is bang on.
