Do not mash out first batch. Keep at 150. Stop transfer when running's are in the 1.040s

Mash out 2nd Parti Gyle in at 168 for 15 minutes, rinse through to collect 10 gallons - check your gravity pre and post boil.

2nd Brew, Use bootlegger hops 1.5 oz at 60,30, & 15.

4.

Kviek Yeast for 2nd batch.
