Special Instructions

1.
Bring 2.5 gallons water to boil, then add Wheat malt syrup and Hops at 60 minutes.
2.
Add All the DME at 15 minutes (remaining time).
3.
Cool with wort chiller till 100F.
4.
Bring volume up to 5 gallons and add yeast.
5.
Ferment for 2 weeks in Primary, then transfer to secondary (adding puree to secondary).
6.
Leave in secondary for 1 week, then rack into keg, chill and add normal CO2 for 1 week.
