Special Instructions

1.
Add .5 tsp gypsum to mash water
2.
Mash @ 149 degrees (dryer beer)
3.
add another .5 tsp gypsum to sparge water
4.
Add Dextrose at 10 min of boil (dry beer)
5.
Cool to 180/160 at flame out and steep for 10mins
6.
Cool to 68 and pitch
7.
Dry hop at day 5 for 5 days
