This brew was inspired by a blonde citra ale made by one of my favorite local breweries. As a fan of hoppy beer, I increased the amount of hops that would normally be used in a blonde, bumping the IBUs way to the top of the IPA range.

Notes:

Poured a taster while bottling this yesterday and found it to be absolutely fantastic, even without being conditioned! The honey malt made a very pleasant body that paired well with the bright, citrus-y highlights from the hops.
