Admiral: Aggressive but smooth bittering with an orange-citrus and herbal resonance
Lupulos de Flame out a 85-90C (estudar possibilidade de mover para dry hopping)
Fermentar de modo a aparecer algum ester, mas quero deixar os lupulos em maior evidencia
Fermentar a 17C
Boa coloracao dourada profunda para ambar. Boa formacao e retencao de espuma. Aromas de malte, lupulo discreto, leve frutado e tbm aquele aroma enjoativo (DMS?), o mesmo aroma ruim que peguei da Sierra Nevada Clone, soh que menor intensidade (metade). Sabor maltado com amargor presente porem equilibrado, corpo medio-baixo e final seco. Boa drinkability!
