  5. Primary fermentation 7 days
  6. Secondary fermentation, rack from primary onto 9lbs of thawed frozen peaches in 6.5 gallon carboy
  7. Peaches soaked in 750ml of Pinnacle Peach vodka for 4 days strained and place in secondary
  8. Secondary fermentation 7 day
