Volume final pretendido para balde Fermentador = 11,5 litros;

Volume de água inicial = 9 litros;
3.
Volume de água de lavagem dos grãos = 9,1 litros;
4.
Temperatura da água antes de adicionar o malte = 72 C;
5.
Temperatura de Mostura = 66? C;
6.
Mash out 75° C por 10 minutos;
7.
Temperatura da água de lavagem dos grãos = 75° C;
8.
Fermentar por no mínimo 7 dias ou até estabilização da FG a 15° C;
9.
Maturar por 2 semanas na geladeira a 4° C;
10.
Colocar gelatina 3 dias antes do envase;
11.
Após envase maturar na garrafa em temperatura ambiente por no mínimo 2 semanas
