1.Spare 2 -3 gallons water at 170 degrees. Make sure to collect 6.5 gallons to boil.
2.Juice from 4 lemons added to the boil.
3.Add honey last 5 mins of boil or flame out
4.Ferment at 65 to 70F degrees for 14 days
5.Lemon zest added to primary fermentation for last 7 days.
