This batch is brewed in the traditional way, whereby the first runnings are used to brew the full strength beer, then the sparge is used to brew a small beer. Hopping the small beer will depend on how high the O.G. is, so this recipe will just be for the "big" beer. It will be strong, hoppy, barley wine style.
