2.
Dry hop on day 3 for 3 days. Remove hops.

Dry hop on day 7 for 3 days. Attach spunding valve @ 12 psi.
4.
Cold crash to 33F or 4 days. Transfer to serving keg. Burst carb @ 30 psi for 48 hrs.
