Special Instructions

1.
Heat 6.9 gallons of water to 164 degrees for mash
2.
Mash all grains for 90 minutes @ 151 degrees
3.
Heat an additional 4 gallons of water to 168 degrees for sparge
4.
Should have 7 gallons before Boil for 60 minutes add in 2oz of Chinook Hops (bittering) and 1 pound of light DME
5.
With 15 minutes left in boil add 1.25oz Twist Hops (flavor) and 1 tsp Irish Moss
6.
With 10 minutes left in boil add 1/4oz of each Chinook, Centennial & Twist Hops (aroma)
7.
At flame out add 1.25oz Twist Hops (aroma). Should have 5.5 gallons of wort
8.
Cool to below 68 degrees and pitch 2 packages of Safale T-58 yeast
9.
After 7 day's move to secondary fermentor and add 1/2oz of each Chinook, Centennial & Twist Hops (dry hop)
10.
Keg after 7 day's of dry hopping
