Mash Steps

No mash steps in this recipe

Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 65C for 1 hour then up to 75C for 10 mins
2.
Sparge then on to boil for 1 hour. Hops added as above. Protofloc for last 15 mins.
3.
Chilled to 20C and yeast pitched. SG1.054
4.
36 hrs later Fermenting well. First dry hops added.
5.
7 days after brewing - Racked with 50gms of dry hops SG1.016
6.
Put in cellar for 1 week
7.
Cold crashdd for 4 days then bottled. Batch primed with 60gms Dex. and 5 Herms. SG1.0
