Either way, this is Beersss! pronounced "Beer - ssss' Removed the rye and munich while adding some corn to style this toward a cream ale. Retained original hops schedule for light, refreshing summer brew. Some would call this a summer lawnmower brew. Use a fresh pack of US05 to ensure full attenuation, leaving a dry brew. Meant to be drank in higher quantity by people who don't like bitter, hoppy beer, but when you still want something with a little more flavor than a bud light!
Tasted at packaging, trending toward that crisp dry european style with a hint of spiciness. Will be a well rounded croudpleaser that should be quaffable and refreshing during the summer months.
