Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains at approx 152F for 30 mins in 8L of water
2.
Sparge with 7L of 169F water
3.
Bring 14L of wort to boil and add 1/2 LME at 60 mins
4.
Add 60 min hops
5.
Add 15 min hops
6.
Add 2.5kg Whole Bean coffee at 10 mins
7.
Add Whirlfloc
8.
Flamout - Cool to 68F and pitch yeast
9.
Add vanilla extract in secondary then rack on top
10.
Add 7.2kg cocoa nibs when racking into secondary
11.
Add 2.5g whole bean coffee when racking into secondary
