Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep flaked oats at 160F for 30 minutes
2.
Bring to boil, add the liquid malt extract
3.
15 minutes before the end of the boil, add the DME
4.
Add hops at flame out, and let sit for 20 minutes
5.
Add 2 gallons of cold water to the fermenter
6.
Cool wort, and add to fermenter
7.
Top up to 5 gallons
8.
5 days before kegging day, add remaining hops.
