Quenching ode to the original pilsner beer. Less a clone, more an excuse to use up my Saaz inventory and some 34/70 lager yeast. However, the low AA% of those hops means I would need more to get enough bitterness, resulting in more plant material. To avoid that I've chosen to augment the bittering addition with some higher AA% Brewer's Gold. Cheers!
