Notes:

Certainly drinkable but still not right, OG was way too low. Orange peel and coriander were pretty cohesive with the coriander being more prominent. There was a dry mineraly type character which was unexpected. Fermentation character was very clean with just some banana in the aftertaste that was irritating. Meh, keep trying.
