Special Instructions

1.
Heat 2 gal to 153 degrees
2.
Add grain steep for 60 minutes
3.
Heat to 170 degrees for 10 minutes, sparge 2-3 X, remove grain
4.
Heat wort to boiling for 60 minutes, add hops at 12 minutes
5.
Cool to 65 degrees, transfer to primary fermenter
6.
Pitch SF05 yeast, seal fermenter with bubbler or bow off
7.
Primary/secondary for 2-4 weeks
8.
Bottle/keg with corn sugar, store for 2 weeks
