- infused at 148, dropped to 146 after 30 minutes, re-heated to 148.- finished at 145 70 minutes in, then raised to 168 and let stand for 10 minutes- ph was higher than predicted (5.6 vs 5.4 predicted)- boiled for 10 minutes prior to adding 60min hop addition- additional hops/nutrients added according to schedule- cooled to 175 using snow (hit 10min after boil ended). Added 3oz whirlool hops, left outside in 20 F temp.- chilled to 63 over ~4 hours- fermented at 63F (ambient) for 72 hours, then ...
