Special Instructions

Add honey to warm water
2.
Stir like your life depends on it (honey doesn't like to dissolve)

Add yeast and nutrients
4.
Add to fermenter
5.
Top off with water
6.
Shake to aerate

Add airlock and wait.

When yeast falls to the bottom, rack to another fermenter to help clear
9.
Sometimes mead will require several rackings to get completely clear, but oftentimes it will clear in the bottle without ill effect
10.
Mead is best if allowed to age a minimum of 6 weeks. 6 months is preferable if you can stand to wait that long.
