All RO water. Strike with 2.6gal, add 1g each, CaCl, CaSO4, MgSO4, and NaCl. Target 131F protein rest. Hold for 10 minutes. Add .5gal boiling water to hit 144F a amylase rest. Hold for 20 minutes, check mash pH, then add 1.125 gal to hit 160F b amylase. Hold for 20 minutes. Vorlauf, then begin lauter. Copper up to 7gal, boil for 90 minutes. Add 1g each CaCl, MgSO4, NaCl, and 2g CaSO4 to BK.
