Apr 5/20 8am: Hit 65C mash temp. 14.96L strike w/ 5.5ml phosphoric and 2.5g each CaCl2 CaSO4

40 minute mash

930am: Added 19.92L 81C water to 54C grain bed for 71C mash out.

5.5ml phosphoric and 3.3g each CaCl2 and CaSO4 to sparge water. 20 minute rest.

Added 12g coriander and 1.25oz dried sweet orange peel at 5

Added 1oz chamomile and 1.25 dried sweet orange peel at FO for 5 minutes
7.
Apr 5/20 2pm: Pitched at 17.5C, into FC set to 17.5C
8.
Apr 6/20 9am: Krausen has formed. Laser reading 18C. Turned FC to 17C.

Apr 7/20 930pm: FC to 18.5C
10.
Apr 8/20 730am: Added 25g each Anhydra Clementine and Orange peel. FC to 19C.
11.
Apr 13/20 7am: Turned FC up to 20C.
12.
Apr 18/20 230PM: FC down to 10C.
13.
Apr 26/20: Bottling day. Added 5.75oz dextrose/1g PEI salt to 18.75L at 20.5C for 3.0vol.
