Nice and light with a good amount of bitterness, but more similar to a pale ale than a full blown ipa. I say what ever you\u0027re in the mood for wether it be a lighter beer or a beer with more hop presence, the difference is just adding 1oz at each time outlined in the recipe, or not. The C hops play well with this simple grain bill. \n\nAfter the beer has been kegged a bit, its pretty good. I dig it. Well balanced, full body and not offensive from any side. Ifeel its worth making again this way.
