A test of my new coobra 3 10th feb mash 3,64 L / kg malt 12,5L mash in 1,0KW ,14L boil 2KW . OG 1062 temp fermentation 19 dgr C , inkbird heat plate , temp in cellar 14 Dgr C rised temp to 21 after 8 days thursday 19feb 1,014 gravity some carbonate ,fresh taste , raised temp to 22 dgr C Abv 6,4 %

Notes:

fresh Bitter and Hoppy . Maybe less of amount of the 60 min hops the next time

Notes:

After less of a week in the bottle the beer is fresh and spicy with the right amount of carbonation . I halved the receipe and the malt but forgot to halve the 60 min hops , but still turned out great . next weekend im going to make another batch. This is going to be a standard summer beer .
