Special Instructions

Mashed low around 125, then left in oven for hours to raise temperature

Hop strainer wasn't used. Picked up a lot of trub in transfer.

OG was 1.100 pre-water addition, and 1.042 post water addition. (Perhaps it wasn't mixed when I measured?)
4.
Pitched yeast 4:30 am Monday morning, 2/3/20 @ about 47-51 degrees

Next morning, 8 am, the outside temp of the carboy was 55 degrees (inside could have been cooler)
6.
Put outside, in cooler, wrapped in towels, at an ambient in the lower 40's. Slightest of airlock activity
