Added hops and 2 pounds of Wheat DME after steeping the grains in 1 gallon of water initially at 164, for an hour at 150-155 degrees and rinsing with 1 gallon of 170 degree water. Added water to bring boil pot to 3 gallons. Boiled for 30 Minutes and removed from heat and added 1 pound Wheat DME and 1 pound Pilsen Light DME. Cooled to 110 degrees and topped up fermenter to 5 gals. At 80 degrees pitched yeast.
