1.
Adicionar 10g de Tradition aos 60 min.
2.
Adicionar Whirfloc e 30g de Tradition aos 15 min.
3.
Fermentação a 12°C por 7 dias.
4.
Na maturação, elevar a temperatura para 18°C e manter por 7 dias.
5.
Fazer cold crash a 5°C e manter por 6 dias.
6.
Adicionar a gelatina faltando 3 dias para terminar a maturação.
7.
Priming com 6g de açúcar por litro final de cerveja.
