Special Instructions

1.
Jan 26/20 10am: Mashed in with 17.8L at 75C. Hit 66C mash temp.

17.8L sparge. 4g:2g CaCl2:CaSO4, 5.5g phosphoric acid to both

Added 75C sparge water to grainbed for 71C mash-out/sparge
4.
Added 2oz spruce tips at 85C FO for 5 minute steep before continuing to chill wort.

Jan 26/20 235pm: 28C wort into FC set to 26.5C
6.
Jan 27/20 7pm: Added .63ml Amylo 300 and 1lb IABF honey (added quite hot).
7.
Jan 28/20 8am: Added 0.5oz each Cryo Ekuanot and Cryo Simcoe, 2oz Spruce Centennial DH. Beer at 26C laser temp.
8.
Added 1oz Applewood cubes. Soaked in 200ml boiling water for 5 minutes. Added water with cubes. cubes before DH.
9.
Feb 10/20 745pm: Cooled to from 27C to 20C
10.
Feb 11/20 7am: Cooled to 16C
11.
Feb 15/20 2pm: Added 7oz dextrose to 5.6 gallons at 82C for 3.0 volumes
