Dec 28/19 930am: Targeted mash temp of 69C but hit 64.6C. Grain must have been too cold again

Strike 14.71L, 2.5ml phosphoric, 2g CaSO4, 1g CaCl2

Sparge 18.58L, 3ml phosphoric, 2.5g CaSO4, 1.3g CaCl2
4.
Added 71.7C sparge water to 55.5C grainbed for 63.7C mash.

Added 1.25L of boiling water to sparge. Hit 64.3C mash.

1.041 pre, 1.042 post. Horrible extract efficiency with the grist ratio.
7.
Dec 28/19 2pm: 27C wort into FC set to 27C with cooling at 0.5C
8.
Dec 29/19 2pm: Added 2.5oz dry hops to beer at laser temp 27.8C. Heavy activity.
9.
Dec 30/19 11am: Added 2.5oz dry hops to beer at laser temp 26.8C. Much less activity.
10.
Jan 12/20 945pm: Started crashing. FC to 20C.
11.
Jan 13/20 7am: FC to 14C
12.
Jan 19/20: Bottling day. Added 5.1oz dextrose to 18.5L at 28C for 2.6Vol.
