Special Instructions

1.
Heat 1 gallon of RO water up to 170F with 2g Gypsum and 2g CaCl
2.
Steep hops for 10 min
3.
After steeping, add hop water to a bottling bucket, add remaining water to bring to volume, acidify to a pH of 4.5
4.
Rehydrate yeast and add to bottling bucket just prior to bottling
5.
Use sugar pills in bottles or add priming solution with yeast
