Notes:

Color is a deep dark amber with nice carbonation and a thin tight off white head. Aroma is roasted with a faint smoke note. Medium body that gives a smooth mouth feel. Flavor is light giving mild roasted and toffee with just a hint of bitterness. In the aftertaste the toffee gains a little sweetness turning more to caramel with a hint of fruit. Overall it's a nice drinkable brew but I was hoping for more Belgian notes from the yeast.
