Special Instructions

1.
Sour for 48 hrs with Goodbelly lacto
2.
Bring to 180 F for pasteurization and add flameout hops similar to NE IPA
3.
Cool down to 80 F and add yeast in fermenter
4.
After 4 days, move to secondary, add dry hops, lemon juice, lemon rind, and wood chips
5.
After 4 more days, bottle
