Special Instructions

1.
Heat 2 Gallons of Water
2.
Put Grains in Grain Bag and put in Water
3.
steep grains between 145 and 150 for 45 to 60 Minutes
4.
Remove grains and Add LME and DME
5.
Add 3 Gallons of water and boil for 60 minutes
6.
Chill to 60 to 70 degrees
7.
Put into primary fermrentor and pitch yeast
8.
Firment for 1 week and 2-3 weeks in secondary
