Steep grains at approx 152F for 30 mins in 8L of water

Sparge with 7L of 169F water

Bring 14L of wort to boil and add 1/2 LME at 60 mins

Add 60 min hops

Add 15 min hops

Add 60g Whole Bean coffee at 10 mins

Add Whirlfloc

Flamout - Cool to 68F and pitch yeast

Add 1.5 vanilla beans in secondary then rack on top

Add 4oz cocoa nibs when racking into secondary

Add 60g whole bean coffee when racking into secondary
