Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grain for 25 min at 160F at flame out
2.
Remove grain bag and add 1 lb. of DME and stir
3.
Turn the heat back on and bring to a boil for 60 min
4.
15 minutes before the end of the boil add WhirlFloc tablet
5.
5 minutes before the end of the boil, add the cascade hops.
6.
When boil is complete, Turn off the heat and add 6 Lb of LME and Citra hops. Stir thoroughly.
7.
Cool to 90 degrees or so, add water to make 5 gallons
8.
Pitch yeast between 70 and 75F
