aroma is amazing. add hops 30 min. in.cheese cloth in my 2 gallon mash tun so i can strain from grain. sparge over top of brew pot with grain in cheesecloth. cheesecloth in strainer. strained over brew pot. boiled for 60-65 minutes. added Belgian sugar, wormwood, and yeast nutrient last 10 minutes of boil. ice bathed my brew pot before transferring to fermenter.
