The last beer had quite a bit of sulfur and was too bitter. I've changed out the yeast and lowered the first hop addition. For the bitterness, part of my issue may be with the no chill method that I have been employing, but I'm too lazy to change that.

Special Instructions

1.
Mash 5 gallons with 1.75g Gypsum, 2.50g CaCl, and 2.8mL lactic
2.
Add whirlfloc and yeast nutrient in at start of boil, only 10 minutes total boil time
3.
Steep flameout hops for 10 minutes with the lid off then straight into the fermenter
