Tasting Notes (2)

Tasted on 12/28/2019 by Brewer 119643

Notes:

After a couple of weeks in the keg, the taste is maturing and is now quite palatable.

Brewer 119643

Tasted on 12/16/2019 by Brewer 119643

Notes:

It's been in the keg for a while, force carbonated and chilled. The taste is far too earthy for my liking so far. The nose has the aroma of room temperature mozzarella, and the taste makes me think of heel of a soldiers muddied boot. Not a fan. Giving a few weeks to settle to see if the flavor behaves itself or this beer is being fed to the drain.
