20150208: Brew day went very well, busy and I hit all my marks so this should be a good beer the only thing I cant tell is whether the hop additions were on the money or if I picked a bad combination. I used all cascade hops but I used 5 oz instead of the listed 6 3 early for flavor and 2 later for aroma.wort taste notes: iBUs were high the aroma is heavenly the finish was very clean I believe this will be a very refreshing beer.20150209: Had to rig up a blow off tube this morning ran out ...
