OG 1.070 FG 1.012 ABV ~7.6%. Apparent attenuation 82%. Mashing with about two gallons of water. ~.5 of a gallon of that is distilled and the rest is campden-treated tap water.I have a little over a gallon of water in reserve for rinsing/sparging.
