This is a 2nd running of 75339 (Munich October Ale). The used grist is augmented with wheat malt and low colour MO. The cacao flavour comes from Durr's Seville orange marmalade (37%fruit) and boiled orange peel. Ground corriander is used to make an 'espresso'. Consider adding clove and star annise to the hop tea.
