Notes:
10/14/19 - Added 6 lbs raspberries, 2 lbs lactose, and 3 tsp vanilla extract to 1.25 gal water. Brought to high temp, cooled, and added to fermenters. Without berries/lactose, diluting with 1.25 gal water would bring OG to 1.096. With berries calculated at 20 ppm, calculated OG is 1.111

Notes:
Overnight mash starting 11pm 10/11. Began mash-out at 6am 10/12. Preboil SG 1.090 / BRIX 21.7 at 7 gal. Wort was clear almost immediately - Next to no lautering needed.

Starting volume 7 gal. 1.5 hour boil (slight boil-over) on 10/12 yielded 4.33 gal OG 1.122 / BRIX 28.5.
