Has a sweet taste - I think I killed the in-keg fermentation when I purged the oxygen upon kegging ??
I chilled keg, then applied 20# CO2 to ferment. Beer tasted a bit flat - lost head pretty quickly - I may re-do the CO2 input.

Sweet taste from too much crystal 60. This recipe lacks about a pound of wheat. I made a black butte clone, and it was awesome. keep tryin! Cheers!

Look up my recipe for Big Wood Porter. Its the closest I could make after researching a dozen other clone recipes. I didn't use any 5 minute aroma hop in my version. Thought Bourbon barrel and vanilla would add something awesome
