Special Instructions

1.
Fill kettle with 6 gallons H20. Add salts for 7.5 gallons neutral or pale ale style. Bring to boil.
2.
Add bittering hops in bag and sorghum syrup. (45 minute boil)
3.
After 45 minutes, add sugars, apple juice, and other ingredients (use a bag for hops and other) and return to boil.
4.
After additional 15 minutes (1 hour total boil), remove from heat. Add flameout hops. Cool (took about 1 hour).
5.
Transfer to fermenter and add yeast. After 48 hours, add honey. Finish fermenting. Cold crash and take off yeast.
6.
Boil 2 gallons of H2O, cool and add to clean keg. Transfer finished beer to keg. Carbonate and serve.
