Russian Imperial Stout. When I created this stout I wanted something that was cross between a Rasputin, Ten Fidy, and a Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout.

Notes:

When I transferred this to the Secondary, I took a taste and it was very much in line with my liking. It was much smoother than I expected and cannot wait for it to get out of the secondary and condition. It's definitely a cross between my target stouts and not in your face with anyone flavor. Thinking a may add a little more Black Patent next time.
