Special Instructions

1.
Bring strike water to 165 deg. At grains and steep at 155 for 60 min.
2.
Remove grains and sparge with 1 gal of 170 deg water
3.
Turn off heat and add 6 lbs of extra light DME
4.
Add first wort addition and bring to a boil
5.
Add hops as outlined above. Whirlfloc at 15 minutes
