Dilute w/ 50% RO water. Strike with 2.5 gal, add 4g gypsum and 6mL phos. Target 151F. Acidify 6 gal sparge liquor to 5.00 pH. Copper up to 6.75 gal, boil for 60 minutes. Add 4g gypsum to kettle. KO@66F, oxygenate wort, pitch WY1469.
