Served to friends who gave it 5 stars for taste and drinkability.\n11/7/2020\nMash temp. 161F. 2nd batch made with all pellet hops. Temp at pitch 78F. Ran through plate chiller one time then used copper wort chiller. (Next time recycle through plate chiller back into boil pot until reaching 75F. OG 1.048.
