Special Instructions

1.
Add 10.25 gallons of distilled water and heat to mash temp
2.
Add these ingredients to mash water when half of grains are in;
3.
Add ingredients slowly and mash for 60 minutes at 156 deg F
4.
Boil for 90 minutes total.
5.
Add hops at 60 minutes in boil
6.
Add lactose, milk chocolate and brownie mix late in the boil (20 mins left)
7.
Add vanilla extract and cocoa nibs to primary after FG is reached and let it rest for 4 days.
